Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
These terms are an integral part of our overall Terms and Conditions. Please note that these policies apply exclusively to direct purchases made from us, and not to transactions involving third-party sales.
Scope of Application:
These policies cover all purchases made through our website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, or any other online mode, as well as through our physical stores. Any purchase from our stores is also subject to the terms specified on your purchase receipt or invoice. In case of any inconsistency between these terms and those on your receipt/invoice, the latter shall prevail.
Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy:

Refunds: Refunds will be issued solely in the form of store credit, in accordance with these terms. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days upon acceptance of the refund request, provided the product has not been delivered. If the product has already been delivered, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days upon our receipt of the returned product.

Exchange and Return: Products once sold can be exchanged for a replacement or returned for store credit, provided they meet our terms and conditions.

All exchanges, including size changes, are subject to availability and our confirmation.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at our email quoting Order number and product name.

Once you initiate an exchange, our customer care team will contact you for any additional information required.
- We will let you know that the exchange has been approved or not.
- Products approved for exchange or return by us must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all tags attached. Items returned damaged, soiled, or without original labels may not be accepted.If products are sent in damaged/used condition then an exchange won't be processed and will be returned un-exchanged at customer's expense.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is undamaged and unused. Please note that we are not liable for any damage occurring during transit of returned products. Each item may be exchanged only once.
- Upon successful inspection, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Once an exchange is processed, the transaction becomes final, and the item cannot be returned or exchanged again. In the event of a wrong delivery by us, we will facilitate an exchange even if it exceeds the one-time exchange policy.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive defective or damaged products, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. Damages on arrival must be reported within 48 hours with accompanying photos to investigate transit-related issues with couriers.

Conditions for Exchange/Return: Store Credits: Store credits issued against refunds are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Special Items: Certain items such as briefs, swimming costumes, accessories (jewellery, clutches, wallets, etc.), and others identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
Additional Terms:

Custom Orders: Custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Bulk Orders: Orders with more than five products are considered bulk orders and cannot be returned or refunded.

Discounted Items: Products purchased with discounts, loyalty points, or promotional vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Information
1. Shipping Methods and Timelines:
- We offer standard shipping across India.
- Different products have different shipping times. Please go through the product's Delivery section to know about specific product's shipping times.
- There may be extra time needed to Deliver to remote areas.
2. Shipping Charges:
- We offer free shipping on orders above INR 1999.
- For orders below INR 1999, a flat shipping fee of INR 50 applies.
- Please be aware that free shipping is only applicable to first time shipping and not to exchanges or returns.
3. Order Tracking:
- Customers receive order confirmation email once their order has been placed. They will receive a second email along with a tracking number once their order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Partners:
- We deliver through DHL to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
- At the moment, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping options.
6. Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.
- Orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments:
- In rare cases of delayed or lost shipments, we work closely with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
- Customers can contact our customer support team for assistance in such situations.
8. Holiday Shipping:
- During peak seasons and holidays, there may be slight delays in shipping due to high order volumes.
- We encourage customers to place orders in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery:
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to receive, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.
- We will notify customers promptly if a package is returned and hold it for 15 days before re-stocking the items.
